วิธีใช้ แนะนำให้ผสมกับ sterile water for injection กับ 3 way ด้วย back-and-forth method ในอัตราส่วน 1:1 (รวมได้ 3 ml ) หรือ 1:2  (รวมได้ 4.5 ml ) และฉีด hypodermal scraping  ด้วยเข็มทู่ในลักษณะหงาย bevel ขึ้น และอาจจะเพิ่ม 1% lidocain อีก 0.5 ml เพื่อลดความเจ็บปวด
